The company was founded by Adrian and Chrissy Chisholm to provide a team of specialist and professional services to buyers and sellers of tourism, hospitality and leisure businesses and properties plus managed investment properties which are separate investment units in a Management Rights complex.
The types of businesses and properties that our team sells:
- Freehold Going Concerns (Land, Buildings and Business)
- Freehold Investments (Land and Buildings only)
- Leasehold Interests (Business only)
- Management Rights (an agreement where a Manager manages the investors unit titles within a Management Rights complex)
- Managed Investment Properties (Unit titles under Management Rights, sold for their return on the investment and provided under the Management Rights Agreement)
