Ross was born in the sunny isles of Fiji and after attending to Hospitality studies he embarked on a Hotel Management Career in his home country. Ross joined the Sheraton hotel group and managed hotels for Sheraton in New Zealand, Fiji, the Cook Islands and in Bangladesh and assignments with other Hotel companies in Bali and returning to Fiji for more recent assignments.
He has been a Hotel Director on Cruise ships for four years sailing out of Texas and California.
